Inosina

BCAA

Branched-chain amino acids are three common amino acids in proteins, namely leucine, valine and isoleucine, collectively referred to as branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), so they can also be called compound branched-chain amino acids. These amino acids promote anabolism (muscle growth) in two specific ways: 1) insulin release and 2) growth hormone release. The most important of the branched-chain amino acids is leucine, the precursor of ketoisocaproic acid (KIC) and HMB. KIC and HMB build muscle, reduce fat, and provide nutrients to the body.
